Bev
Dental Hygienist
Bev has been a hygienist since 1984 and genuinely loves her job. She has worked in several offices at different locations over the years, including Victoria, British Columbia, Canada; North Bend, WA; Buckley, WA; and even for a periodontist in Tacoma. Bev met Dr. Lee while working in Buckley and followed him to Burien Family Dental Care.
When not working, Bev can be found traveling, hiking, biking, playing pickleball, playing piano, hanging out with her grandkids and family, and squeezing as many adventures as she can into her very full life.
Carrie
Dental Hygienist
Carrie’s dental experience includes six years as a dental assistant prior to her graduation from the Shoreline Community College Dental Hygiene program in 2003. She has worked full-time with Dr. Lee in our office since her graduation, where she promotes the importance of oral care while providing top-notch treatment.
Carrie and her husband enjoy traveling with their daughter, exploring the PNW, camping, and going to Thunderbird hockey games. She’s always ready for her next adventure!

Chloe
Lead Assistant
Chloe understood the importance of having good oral health from a young age. She actually enjoyed her twice-yearly trips to the dentist! Now, as a certified dental assistant, her goal is to help our patients have the same positive experience—and she does it with a smile!
Chloe is married and has one female cat. She loves hiking, exploring new places, trying new food, taking photos, dancing, singing, and acting on her days off.
Marjorie
Dental Assistant
Marjorie graduated from PIMA in Renton in 2019, joining Burien Family Dental Care shortly thereafter. She provides patients with dental care alongside Dr. Lee, but her role doesn’t stop there. She goes above and beyond to make sure all patients have the best possible dental experience.
In her free time, Marjorie loves spending time with family, working out, and doing fun activities like hiking during the summer and going to pumpkin patches and ice skating during the fall and winter.
Esme
Patient Coordinator/ Dental Assistant
As our patient coordinator, Esmeralda enjoys working between our patients and their insurance companies to ease understanding of treatment needs. Recently, she decided to expand her education and become a dental assistant to better assist our patients with her dual knowledge! She is also fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys helping our patients with translation.
In her free time, Esmeralda enjoys walks by the beach and eating ice cream with her son and daughter, as well as attending car shows!

Jenelle
Office Manager
Jenelle is a UW graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Law and Policy. Here at Burien Family Dental Care, she oversees and supports all daily dental administrative activities, from assisting patients with their accounts, to staff leadership and ensuring our office runs smoothly.
Jenelle has a cat named Fork, a fish named Taco, and a husband named Chris. If she’s not at work you’ll find her sleeping in, traveling, or hitting the slopes on her snowboard!
Mira
Patient Coordinator
Mira’s smile is one of the first things you’ll see when you come to our office. She assists in scheduling appointments, maintaining your information, and answering any questions or concerns you may have. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, she loves solving problems efficiently and effectively.
In her free time, Mira enjoys watching Korean shows and anime while crocheting. When adventure calls, she’ll jump at the chance to eat street food and go to night markets.
