About Dr. Joseph Lee
Dr. Joseph Lee moved to the White Center area of Seattle in the early 80’s as a young child with his family. Eventually the family settled in Mukilteo, where his parents and siblings still reside. A childhood accident later resulted in Dr. Lee receiving extensive dental work to restore his teeth. There was a period in his life where he felt he was living in the dental office. This experience eventually led him into dentistry that he has found challenging and rewarding.
After graduating from the University of Washington, Dr. Lee attended Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia. Understanding and experiencing so much as a patient has made Dr. Lee understand the anxiety many people feel towards visiting the dentist. Understanding the importance of our patients comfort, Dr. Lee is always thorough in every procedure that is done, being as gentle as possible.
Dr. Lee is also an avid believer of volunteering his services. Over the past several years, working with Medical Relief International and Corner of Love, he has traveled to third world countries from the Philippines to Nicaragua, providing dental services to many who had never seen a dentist before.
During his free time, he is a devoted Husky fan, following and watching the Huskies basketball and football teams. However, his greatest joy is in spending as much time with his beautiful wife and children. His daughter, Kaylin, and son, Jacob, are his greatest joy and accomplishments. Seeing the world through his children’s eyes has opened up his views of the great wonders of the world we live in.
